Why is it Dustless?

The abrasive is suspended in a tiny amount of water which almost vaporizes after stripping but the remaining paint and abrasive fall to the ground damp for easy clean up.

What kind of Abrasive is used?

We can use various Abrasives however we typically choose to use recycled crushed glass from facilities here in Texas.

Will it warp my panels?

The water which helps avoid heat and therefore warping.

Will my metal surface rust after water is used?

We use an eco friendly product in the water which will prevent flash rusting for up to 72 hours although we recommend that metal is either painted or primed as early as possible following blasting.

Can I bring my job to Texas Green Blast?

We are fully mobile and as a new company have no facilities other than those of our customers at this stage.
